Mary Smith, Conway's City Alderman, Was Caught Dumpster Diving

Mary Smith, Conway Alderman, was caught dumpster diving. City Alderman Smith along with other city officials misappropriated city revenues causing a huge budget shortfall of $1.8 million.

Desperately needing cash reserve funds, Mary Smith and her cohorts raided Conway's Sanitation reserves in order to balance the city's checkbook.

Then, Alderman Smith and other council members raised the sanitation rates nearly 40% on the residents of Conway to reimburse the Sanitation Department for their financial mismanagement of city finances.
