Anil Chakka and Jacqueline Carr Voted Arkansas Junior Tennis Players of the Year by Central Arkansas Tennis Talk

The final votes have been cast by the readers of Central Arkansas Tennis Talk, and the winners of the 2012 Arkansas Junior Tennis Player of the Year Award are Anil Chakka of Little Rock and Jacqueline Carr of Rogers.

Anil Chakka (pictured upper right), is currently the highest ranked Arkansas junior boy in the Southern Section of the USTA. Anil reached #9 in the Southern rankings in the Boy's 12s division. In Arkansas competition, he swept thru the Boy's 12s division at the Arkansas Junior State Qualifying Championships without losing a set.

Jackie Carr of Rogers(pictured lower right) is currently the highest ranked Arkansas junior girl in the Southern Section of the USTA. Jackie reached #8 in the Southern rankings in the Girl's 16s division. In Arkansas competition, she swept thru the Girl's 16s division at the Arkansas Junior State Qualifying Championships with an impressive 6-0, 6-1 in the finals of this Arkansas Level 1 tournament.
